Returns & FAQ
We want to make sure you love your digital purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product (for example, a broken link or download error), please email craft-flux-shop@support.fourthwall.com with your order number and a brief description or screenshot of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds except in cases of verified technical issues preventing access.
Cancellations
Digital products are made available immediately upon order confirmation and cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you experience an access or delivery issue, contact craft-flux-shop@support.fourthwall.com within 30 days for assistance.
Donations and Tips are non-refundable once checkout is complete.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified technical issues.
PayPal: Refunds appear in your PayPal account within 24 business hours.
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds appear in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Locked Messages are also non-refundable, but if you have trouble accessing one, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and—depending on your location—Klarna/AfterPay and other local payment methods.
Taxes
Digital orders are typically not subject to import duties. Any applicable digital service taxes or VAT will be calculated at checkout.
Merchant of Record
Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and partner, Fourthwall.com, who manage transactions and order inquiries.
